When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Cornelio Omero took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Leobardo Leizaur to make any attempt to save it. In the 12th minute, Ramirez Badillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leobardo Leizaur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Colon in the 13th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Benedicto Estrada got a freekick which was hit by Batu Cem Şahinoğlu. Betinho Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Leobardo Leizaur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Benedicto Estrada's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Omero came free, but Leobardo Leizaur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the match, Flavio Colon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leobardo Leizaur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cornelio Omero in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leobardo Leizaur, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. EBK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
