Betadur Aramberri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haimar Noguera, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Fuerza Celeste's goalkeeper Benat Giral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sancho Ruedas. Betadur Aramberri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Estenaga in the 28th minute of the match. Betadur Aramberri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haimar Noguera's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. With an all-out effort, Calicantro's Benat Giral threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mino Zumiel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benat Giral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Pabon in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Pabon in the 45th minute of play forced Fuerza Celeste's goalkeeper Benat Giral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, one of Calicantro:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Calicantro. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 56th minute, Mino Zumiel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Fuerza Celeste's goal looked a bit too open when Sancho Ruedas came free, but Benat Giral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Calicantro fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Calicantro's Mino Zumiel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mino Zumiel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Benat Giral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rius Corales during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Calicantro booed when Fuerza Celeste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rius Corales didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Guillarte charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Calicantro's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Dieter Beckfeld was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calicantro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fuerza Celeste the free kick. Benat Giral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sancho Ruedas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 98th minute, Rius Corales made a precise shot to the right of Betadur Aramberri. Calicantro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Fuerza Celeste played a much better game than Calicantro and deserved their victory. The Calicantro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
