The referee gave Ixona Baamonde a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Chayuta getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Eleuterio Urquiaga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 64 minutes into the match, Harkaitz Mendizabal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Confesor Llamazares.
