In the 20th minute, Anier Balanza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 23rd minute, Vivaldo Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koldo Guisado in the 27th minute of the match. Donato Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlanda Capdevila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, Club Defensor Los Robles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Berger to maneuver through the defense. Donato Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koldo Guisado, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavian Abellaneda in the 31st minute of play forced Club Defensor Los Robles's goalkeeper Donato Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Club Defensor Los Robles fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Manzalima were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
