The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Garaile Freijo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lizardi Montanez having to interfere. In the 12th match minute, Sporting Chilcano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Santotis to maneuver through the defense. Armando Santotis took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidro Boni. Isidro Boni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egoi Lizarazu in the 18th minute of play forced RESISTIR SC's goalkeeper Isidro Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of RESISTIR SC booed when Sporting Chilcano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidele Gadea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sporting Chilcano's Lizardi Montanez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izel Guill in the 23rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Lizardi Montanez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Garaile Freijo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Izel Guill kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lizardi Montanez. That made the score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. Izel Guill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lizardi Montanez having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Izel Guill left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RESISTIR SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The supporters of Sporting Chilcano booed when RESISTIR SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zarando Puente didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 51st minute Izel Guill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lizardi Montanez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oskarbi Bornes was slow to take the kick. During this time RESISTIR SC's players had a chance to rest. Egoi Lizarazu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Isidro Boni made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Zarando Puente managed to get in a good position for a shot. RESISTIR SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zarando Puente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lizardi Montanez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sporting Chilcano made a substitution. Baiarte Cerdeira replaced Kevin Justo. Sporting Chilcano's Asier Abello was substituted for Ponciano Gegunde. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garaile Freijo in the 74th minute of play forced Sporting Chilcano's goalkeeper Lizardi Montanez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes Sporting Chilcano got a freekick which was hit by Egoi Lizarazu. If Izel Guill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of RESISTIR SC booed when Sporting Chilcano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position.
