After 9 played minutes AlmaToran got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Ponce. 12 minutes into the game, Aaron Etxatxu threw the ball into play from the sideline. AlmaToran's Cris Tellado quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Arotza Dobarral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loreto Palanques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Salvidor in the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Ponce in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kepa Llanderrozos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Salvidor in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loreto Palanques saved AlmaToran from getting behind. Denis Torriba kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Hipolito Ponce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AMILFC's Kepa Llanderrozos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AlmaToran were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after AMILFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arotza Dobarral took the corner. In the 33rd match minute, AlmaToran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Contera to maneuver through the defense. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Salvidor in the 38th minute of play. Hipolito Ponce struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Kepa Llanderrozos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AlmaToran. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hipolito Ponce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquín Ramon in the 52nd minute of play. Hipolito Ponce who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Kepa Llanderrozos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. AlmaToran's Hipolito Ponce was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Joaquín Ramon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Loreto Palanques having to make a save. The supporters of AlmaToran booed when AMILFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serginho Agüero didn't get a good kick on the ball. AlmaToran made a substitution. Peli Briñas replaced Hipolito Ponce. With a little luck, AMILFC's Kepa Llanderrozos got control of the ball when Chabier Omente tried to sneak it across the goal line. The AlmaToran fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loreto Palanques should have stopped the shot. Aaron Etxatxu charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Etxatxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th match minute, AMILFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Etxatxu to maneuver through the defense. Kepa Llanderrozos made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Peli Briñas sent off a good shot on target. Arotza Dobarral's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. For all the effort they put into the match, the AlmaToran players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AMILFC.
