Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Oterino in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kepa Llanderrozos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of AMILFC booed when Atlético Grau Piura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. King Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético Grau Piura's Eskil Tande quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fernando Mill, made in the 7th minute of the game. AMILFC's Kepa Llanderrozos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Oterino in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to AMILFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fernando Mill hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Fabian Oterino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kepa Llanderrozos was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Zuzen Bricianos hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Fabian Oterino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Grau Piura's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Oterino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Junior Quintanas short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Kepa Llanderrozos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 86 minutes into the game, Junior Quintana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kepa Llanderrozos. Junior Quintana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Junior Quintana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kepa Llanderrozos came out and tried to block the shot, but Junior Quintana slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 93rd minute. Kepa Llanderrozos came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Grau Piura's Junior Quintana. But to his dismay, Junior Quintana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Atlético Grau Piura played a much better game than AMILFC and deserved their victory. The AMILFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
