Claretiano FC's Birila Graña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianfranco Saron in the 6th minute of play. In the 6th minute Gianfranco Saron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birila Graña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gianfranco Saron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Birila Graña read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Maurinho Mendonça got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emiliano Saron was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianfranco Saron in the 20th minute of play forced Claretiano FC's goalkeeper Birila Graña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Claretiano FC defense, Gianfranco Saron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birila Graña. The Claretiano FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birila Graña should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gianfranco Saron in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Birila Graña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emiliano Saron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Gianfranco Saron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birila Graña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianfranco Saron in the 31st minute of play forced Claretiano FC's goalkeeper Birila Graña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Saron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurinho Mendonça in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Gianfranco Saron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Birila Graña. Claretiano FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gianfranco Saron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Birila Graña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepito Saron in the 44th minute of play. Valle Saron's Gringo Saron quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Manu Betancur, made in the 47th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Birila Graña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianfranco Saron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Pepito Saron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birila Graña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claretiano FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Chumo Salces scored to the left of an out of position Birila Graña, making the score, 0-4. 68 minutes into the match, Valle Saron's Arí Saron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Birila Graña narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claretiano FC made a substitution. Harkaitz Xavalera replaced Benigno Viñal. In the 75th minute of the match Valle Saron got a corner. Claretiano FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Niceto Arixo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Chumo Salces heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Claretiano FC's Birila Graña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chumo Salces in the 81st minute of play. Chumo Salces received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Birila Graña came out and tried to block the shot, but Chumo Salces slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, Claretiano FC's Birila Graña got control of the ball when Chumo Salces tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 minutes, Chumo Salces made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Claretiano FC's Birila Graña tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Claretiano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chumo Salces came free, but Birila Graña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Chumo Salces made a precise shot to the right of Birila Graña. Claretiano FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. The Valle Saron players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
