Franklin Villalaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rafael Moreno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franklin Villalaz having to interfere. Franklin Villalaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Ortega, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, José Valdez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Cesar Ortega made a precise shot to the right of Franklin Villalaz. Tolé's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Franklin Villalaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Moreno in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tolé's Manuel Fernandez got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes, Chimán F.C.'s Humberto Barrera shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franklin Villalaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chimán F.C. reached it. In the 30th minute, Nicolás Gutierrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Moreno in the 32nd minute of play forced Tolé's goalkeeper Franklin Villalaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Rafael Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tolé's Franklin Villalaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Franklin Villalaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Ortega in the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, José Valdez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Toto Pinilla , 1-2. The supporters of Chimán F.C. booed when Tolé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Tolé's Felix Bermudez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Felix Bermudez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tolé protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Felix Bermudez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Chimán F.C. a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Humberto Barrera, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tolé's Franklin Villalaz. 1-3. The Tolé players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chimán F.C. were winning 1-3.

After 56 played minutes, Chimán F.C.'s Totin Corral shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franklin Villalaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Cesar Ortega scored 1-4 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franklin Villalaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Franklin Villalaz came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Chimán F.C.'s Cesar Ortega. But to his dismay, Cesar Ortega quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After a rather tough play, Chimán F.C.'s Humberto Barrera got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Giancarlo Barrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toto Pinilla having to interfere. A collision led to Chimán F.C. getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Nicolás Gutierrez hit a great ball. Toto Pinilla came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tolé's Giancarlo Barrera. But to his dismay, Giancarlo Barrera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. If Giancarlo Barrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Tolé's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Moreno came free, but Franklin Villalaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toto Pinilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giancarlo Barrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Giancarlo Barrera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toto Pinilla having to make a save. In the 97th match minute, Tolé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cheito Orozco to maneuver through the defense.
