Giancarlo Rios took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franklin Villalaz. Franklin Villalaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 35 played minutes Tolé got a freekick which was hit by Cheito Orozco. Tolé's Franklin Villalaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giancarlo Rios in the 37th minute of play. After 39 minutes, Alexander Gomez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chepo F.C. and the Tolé players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chepo F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Escalona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franklin Villalaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giancarlo Rios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Agustin Brandao took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Calito Herrera.
