After some careless play in the Soná F.C. defense, Reinaldo Escalona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Dely. The Soná F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Dely should have stopped the shot. Reinaldo Escalona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Dely having to make a save. After 39 minutes of play, Chilibre F.C.'s Reinaldo Escalona made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Dely was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomás Vergara succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 44th playminute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Wiliam Henríguez made the kick off in the second half. Chilibre F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soná F.C. the free kick. Orlando Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the last second Ricardo Dely throw himself and got hold of the ball when Javier Gil in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post.
