An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Miguel Henriguez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Martín Quintero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Zapata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Las Cumbres F.C.'s zone, Andrés Corral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martín Quintero came out of the goal and Andrés Corral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
