In the 2nd match minute, El Espavé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex De Leon to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes in the game, Franklin Zapata fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Calito Tello having to interfere. When Pacora F.C.'s Franklin Zapata in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Espavé's goalie prevented a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Pacora F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Romel Pimentel came free, but Wiliam Villalobos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Andrés Corral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Pacora F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Franklin Zapata. After some careless play in the Pacora F.C. defense, Romel Pimentel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wiliam Villalobos. The Pacora F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wiliam Villalobos should have stopped the shot. When Romel Pimentel came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the El Espavé fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romel Pimentel couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute of the match Jonathan Orozco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wiliam Villalobos skillfully saved the ball. Calito Tello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Zapata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Heraclides Mendoza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franklin Zapata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Calito Tello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romel Pimentel to make the kick off. If Andrés Corral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Heraclides Mendoza's late challenge caught a Pacora F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Heraclides Mendoza helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes El Espavé got a freekick which was hit by Heraclides Mendoza. El Espavé's Edgardo Orozco got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Calito Batista during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Romel Pimentel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edgardo Orozco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Wiliam Villalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franklin Zapata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calito Tello having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Pacora F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Mora to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Romel Pimentel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wiliam Villalobos. The goal made the score 0-2. In the 78th minute Romel Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romel Pimentel struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Wiliam Villalobos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Espavé. Andrés Corral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calito Tello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrés Corral in the 91st minute of the match. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pacora F.C.'s goalkeeper Wiliam Villalobos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The El Espavé players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
