Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mario Arias started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Mario Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 played minutes Coetupo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Max Aizprua. Reinaldo Toledano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reinaldo Toledano made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Leonidas Moscoso sent off a good shot on target. Reinaldo Toledano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Arias in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Coetupo F.C.'s Mario Arias dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Nuevo Emperador F.C.'s zone, Mario Arias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinaldo Toledano came out of the goal and Mario Arias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francesco Spadafora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Morris having to interfere. Coetupo F.C.'s Andres Morris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Toledano in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Nuevo Emperador F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Mario Urane. Reinaldo Toledano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonidas Moscoso in the 40th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francesco Spadafora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andres Morris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francesco Spadafora's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Reinaldo Toledano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonidas Moscoso in the 56th minute of play. Francesco Spadafora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Morris having to interfere. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Mario Arias sped through Nuevo Emperador F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reinaldo Toledano. 62 minutes in the game, Cesar Toledano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Andres Morris having to interfere. Mario Oberto's late challenge caught a Coetupo F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Oberto helped the player get up and apologised. Mario Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Francesco Spadafora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuevo Emperador F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Francesco Spadafora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Morris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Spadafora in the 70th minute of play forced Coetupo F.C.'s goalkeeper Andres Morris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonidas Moscoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Toledano having to interfere. Mario Arias might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reinaldo Toledano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mario Arias ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reinaldo Toledano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Moscoso in the 94th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Coetupo F.C. had played much better football throughout.
