The supporters of Kaiser F.C booed when Caimitillo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Mora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilberto Vergara came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Kaiser F.C's Andres Castillero. But to his dismay, Andres Castillero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 21 played minutes Kaiser F.C got a freekick which was hit by Andres Castillero. After 22 played minutes Caimitillo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro De Diego. With 23 minutes on the clock, Ivan Mora commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 23 minutes into the game, one of Caimitillo F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Kaiser F.C a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rolando Fernandez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Caimitillo F.C.'s Gilberto Vergara. 0-2. In the 29th minute, Heraclides Briceño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Espino's late challenge caught a Kaiser F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Espino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Andres Castillero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Vergara was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Andres Castillero scored 0-4 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Vergara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute, Andres Castillero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Herrera to make the kick off. Elias Zambrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Gilberto Vergara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Caimitillo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro De Diego. In the 67th minute, Elias Zambrano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kaiser F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Andres Castillero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Vergara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Elias Zambrano took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Vergara. Gilberto Vergara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. A collision led to Kaiser F.C getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Manuel Lozano hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Francesco Villarreal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melvin de Boer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elias Zambrano might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Vergara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Zambrano ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the game, Andres Castillero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilberto Vergara. Andres Castillero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. When the final whistle sounded Kaiser F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Caimitillo F.C..
