In the 12th minute, Nata F.C.'s Calito Sobenis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lorenzo Fernández. Lorenzo Fernández yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Bethania F.C.'s Lorenzo Fernández played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calito Sobenis in the 16th minute of play. Martín Caballero charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martín Caballero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Nata F.C.'s zone, Pablo Aizprua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Villalaz came out of the goal and Pablo Aizprua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Pablo Aizprua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Villalaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nata F.C.'s Lorenzo Villalaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Aizprua in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Perez got free with Lorenzo Fernández in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Calito Sobenis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Fernández having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Calito Sobenis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lorenzo Fernández made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calito Sobenis in the 54th minute of play. Emiliano Mora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Lorenzo Villalaz made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Martín Caballero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Nata F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Garcia De Paredes to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 64 minutes, Pablo Aizprua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bethania F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Aizprua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nata F.C.'s Lorenzo Villalaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Aizprua in the 67th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Lorenzo Villalaz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Aizprua in the 72nd minute of play forced Nata F.C.'s goalkeeper Lorenzo Villalaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If José Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nata F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgardo Peralta in the 82nd minute. If Pablo Aizprua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Bethania F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Aizprua. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto Garcia De Paredes during the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Calito Sobenis notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Bethania F.C.'s Lorenzo Fernández. Lorenzo Fernández was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bethania F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
