Alejandro Gomez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomaso Ríos's late challenge caught a Cañazas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Beto Paredes made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Enrique Bermudez sent off a good shot on target. Cañazas's Ramón Trejos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Gomez in the 41st minute of play. Reggie Mendoza's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Beto Paredes firmly grabbed it by the left post. Orlando Barrera spun around in front of the goal 44 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Aguadulce F.C.'s goal.
