Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicolás Paredes kicked off to start the match. Jaime Briceño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toto Posam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chepo's Jaime Briceño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toto Posam in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Chepo's goal looked a bit too open when Toto Posam came free, but Jaime Briceño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo De Paredess short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Jaime Briceño to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Chepo's zone, Guillermo De Paredes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Briceño came out of the goal and Guillermo De Paredes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolás Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Hector Espino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chepo's Jaime Briceño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toto Posam in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Toto Posam cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jaime Briceño was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicolás Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Espino having to interfere. Hector Espino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolás Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Toto Posam made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Chepo's zone, Toto Posam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Briceño came out of the goal and Toto Posam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolás Paredes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hector Espino having to make a save. Juan Zambrano charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Zambrano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Juan Zambrano hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Max Mendoza fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chepo's protests and gave Max Mendoza a yellow card for diving instead. Max Mendoza kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Río Hato F.C.'s Pedro Carrillo tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolás Paredes in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Espino saved Río Hato F.C. from getting behind. Lorenzo Lozano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Hector Espino made a huge save. Jaime Briceño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo De Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 87th match minute, Río Hato F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco Amaya to maneuver through the defense. Río Hato F.C.'s Hector Espino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Río Hato F.C. from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Río Hato F.C.'s Hector Espino got control of the ball when Lorenzo Lozano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Max Mendoza hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. If Toto Posam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toto Posam in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Briceño saved Chepo from getting behind.
