After having played for 25 minutes, Agustin Vergara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llano De Piedra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Vergara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alex Torrijos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Bermudez having to interfere. Romel Jaen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Aizprua in the 29th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Antonio Barrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Llano De Piedra's Agustin Vergara got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Aizprua in the 43rd minute of play forced Llano De Piedra's goalkeeper Romel Jaen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Vergara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matias Aizprua to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Coloncito F.C.'s Wilfredo Lao got a free kick in the 65th minute. After 67 played minutes Coloncito F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Beto Pimentel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Torrijos in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Bermudez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 70 played minutes Llano De Piedra got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Gonzalez. In the 72nd minute Matias Aizprua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romel Jaen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Barrera in the 76th minute of play forced Llano De Piedra's goalkeeper Romel Jaen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romel Jaen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Aizprua in the 81st minute of play. Antonio Barrera took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romel Jaen. Romel Jaen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Matias Aizprua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Barrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Romel Jaen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
