Romel Jaen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Arauz in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Llano De Piedra's Agustin Vergara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Sánchez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Llano De Piedra's goalkeeper Romel Jaen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Agustin Vergara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Agustin Vergara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llano De Piedra's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Vergara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Sánchez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrique Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Torrijos in the 37th minute of the match. Alex Torrijos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Torrijos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Agustin Vergara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Sánchez having to interfere. Felix Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Alex Torrijos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Enrique Sánchez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabio Arauz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute Felix Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romel Jaen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Chavez, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alex Torrijos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Sánchez having to interfere. When Eduardo Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Tolé fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Ortiz couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Fabio Arauz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
