Matias Aizprua scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reinaldo Henriguez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matias Aizprua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Reinaldo Henriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Barrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reinaldo Henriguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Barrera in the 41st minute of play. Reinaldo Henriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Barrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramón Navarro to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Matias Aizprua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reinaldo Henriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Aizprua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The tension between the San Miguelito F.C. and the Coloncito F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to San Miguelito F.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Pedro Ortega hit a great ball. If Antonio Barrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Barrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Henriguez having to interfere. A collision led to San Miguelito F.C. getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Reggie Moscoso hit a great ball. Coloncito F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
