Manchester city's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Posam in the 10th minute of play forced Manchester city's goalkeeper Gabriel Ramirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Ramirez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Posam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Posam in the 18th minute of play forced Manchester city's goalkeeper Gabriel Ramirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Posam kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Nicolás Peralta hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Joel Cefero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester city's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Cefero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Urane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baldomero Cordeara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Urane having to interfere. Joel Cefero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Eduardo Urane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in La Miel F.C.'s zone, Baldomero Cordeara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Urane came out of the goal and Baldomero Cordeara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, La Miel F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Cordeara came free, but Eduardo Urane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Manchester city was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Cefero to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Emiliano Posam struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Gabriel Ramirez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Miel F.C.. Manchester city's Gabriel Ramirez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Quintero in the 55th minute of play. Eduardo Urane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Cordeara in the 61st minute of play. Eduardo Urane came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester city's Casper Næs. But to his dismay, Casper Næs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 73 played minutes La Miel F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Totín Espino. After a rather tough play, La Miel F.C.'s Javier Garcia got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 83 played minutes Manchester city got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Carrillo. 87 minutes into the game, Manchester city's Casper Næs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduardo Urane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Alexander Trejos charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Trejos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Manchester city was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Trejos to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the game, Casper Næs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Eduardo Urane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Manchester city fully deserved thier win.
