If Reinaldo Nuñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermes Pérez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo Nuñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrés Gil to make the kick off. Hector Ríos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Hermes Pérez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Treviño in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Plaza De Caisán F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beto Tijero to maneuver through the defense. Hermes Pérez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Milton Treviño's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Andrés Barrera got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Andrés Barrera kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Entradero's Leonidas De Leon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Plaza De Caisán F.C.'s Romel Pimentel got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Reinaldo Nuñez made a precise shot to the right of Hermes Pérez. Plaza De Caisán F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Hermes Pérez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milton Treviño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermes Pérez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaldo Nuñez in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Plaza De Caisán F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Entradero.
