In the 59th minute, Felipe Benavides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Ailigandí's José Torrijos tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Franklin Quirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheito Alfaro in the 66th minute of the match. If Gilberto Barrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lorenzo Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toto De Paredes having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Altos De San Francisco F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Ramos came free, but Toto De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cheito Alfaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenzo Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, Ailigandí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Ramos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ailigandí's Nicolás Mendieta got a free kick in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Ailigandí's goal looked a bit too open when Cheito Alfaro came free, but Franklin Quirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cheito Alfaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ailigandí played a much better game than Altos De San Francisco F.C. and deserved their victory. The Altos De San Francisco F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
