In the 5th minute, Pedro Corral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, soldado de cristo's Alexander Pimentel got control of the ball when Manuel Treviño tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Heraclides Ramírez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Pimentel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergio Rios hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Manuel Treviño came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Pocrí F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Treviño couldn't finish the play. In the 26th match minute, soldado de cristo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Garcia De Paredes to maneuver through the defense. If Manuel Treviño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Treviño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Pimentel having to interfere. Heraclides Ramírez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heraclides Ramírez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alexander Pimentel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Treviño got free with Alexander Pimentel in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. soldado de cristo's Alexander Pimentel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save soldado de cristo from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heraclides Ramírez in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Pimentel prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Heraclides Ramírez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrés Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Morris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in soldado de cristo's zone, Manuel Treviño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Pimentel came out of the goal and Manuel Treviño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Toto Castillo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Andrés Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for soldado de cristo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Treviño during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Pocrí F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Treviño to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes Pocrí F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sebastián Ramos. Pocrí F.C.'s Andrés Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Pocrí F.C. from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, Pocrí F.C.'s goalkeeper Andrés Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toto Castillo. If Toto Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Treviño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Pocrí F.C. were the better team. Pocrí F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
