Ivan Quiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Morris in the 4th minute of the match. Ivan Quiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonidas Agurto, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Nuevo San Juan's Emiliano Oberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Nuevo San Juan from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, Eitautas Daukaitis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Oberto. Nuevo San Juan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eitautas Daukaitis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Nightmares F.C.'s Valérien Tahon got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Pedro Morris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Quiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ivan Quiros came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Nuevo San Juan's Pablo Mota. But to his dismay, Pablo Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 23rd minute, Pedro Morris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nuevo San Juan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Ivan Quiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes of play, Nightmares F.C.'s Eitautas Daukaitis made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Oberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emiliano Oberto came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nightmares F.C.'s Ricardo Montrell. But to his dismay, Ricardo Montrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. In the 46th minute, Valérien Tahon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emiliano Oberto. The goal made the score 4-4.

Rigoberto Ramos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ivan Quiros made a huge save. Manuel Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valérien Tahon in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Oberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pablo Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Ricardo Montrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eitautas Daukaitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Oberto having to interfere. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nightmares F.C.! The goalkeeper, Ivan Quiros, was totally fooled by Nuevo San Juan's Alex Castillero, who 65 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Manuel Garcia fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nightmares F.C.'s protests and gave Manuel Garcia a yellow card for diving instead. Manuel Garcia hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 72 minutes of play, Nightmares F.C.'s Valérien Tahon made it 5-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Oberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Nightmares F.C.'s Miguel Peralta got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Alex Castillero's shot from long distance in the 83rd minute was not bad at all, but Nightmares F.C.'s Ivan Quiros knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Nightmares F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Reed Reddington was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Mota in the 98th minute of play forced Nightmares F.C.'s goalkeeper Ivan Quiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nuevo San Juan had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
