In the 33rdth minute of the game Eduardo Zapata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Bejuquense's Nicolás Toledano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 39 played minutes, Gariché's Alberto Gomez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicolás Toledano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gariché reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Zapata made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Franklin Chavez rounded Gariché's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. If Franklin Chavez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reinaldo Mota during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Reinaldo Mota hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Nicolás Toledano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinaldo Paredes's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Reinaldo Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Monchi Perez hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Deportivo Bejuquense:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gariché:s goal. Franklin Chavez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Nuñez having to interfere. When Franklin Chavez came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Deportivo Bejuquense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Chavez couldn't finish the play. In the 91stth minute of the game Reinaldo Paredes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Bejuquense's Nicolás Toledano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94 minutes of play Deportivo Bejuquense's Reinaldo Mota was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 95th match minute, Deportivo Bejuquense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Mota to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Zambrano kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
