Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 0) Agua Buena's Alexis Quintero started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Monchi Arias took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Osorio. Victor Osorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Alexis González received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gilberto Bultrón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Milton Zapata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gilberto Bultrón was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Alexis González had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis González in the 22nd minute of play forced Agua Buena's goalkeeper Gilberto Bultrón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to El Valle De La Unión getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Romel Villarreal hit a great ball. Emiliano Villalobos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Victor Osorio made a huge save. Gilberto Bultrón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexis González in the 39th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 78th minute Emiliano Villalobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Valle De La Unión's Alexis González pulled a muscle in his leg after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 80 minutes into the game, Alejandro Dely was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agua Buena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Valle De La Unión the free kick. The El Valle De La Unión players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
