Fabio Agurto hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Alexis Carranza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Escobar's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Edgardo Garcia De Paredes struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Ryszard Birkenhagen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Boquerones F.C.. Alexis Carranza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Garcia De Paredes made a kick off. Alejandro Gonzalez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ryszard Birkenhagen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Edgardo Garcia De Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Birkenhagen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Ríos hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Leonidas Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Alexis Carranza came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Joyeros F.C.'s Jonathan Escobar. But to his dismay, Jonathan Escobar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Gonzalez in the 73rd minute of play forced Joyeros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ryszard Birkenhagen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Mora during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Joyeros F.C.. Jonathan Escobar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alexis Carranza. 0-3. 81 minutes into the match, Leonidas Navarro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexis Carranza, 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Escobar got free with Alexis Carranza in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Los Boquerones F.C. defense, Fabio Agurto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexis Carranza. The Los Boquerones F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexis Carranza should have stopped the shot.
