Spectators: 7684 (Terracing: 5764, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) Juan Garcia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 10 minutes into the game, Gustavo Ulloa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. REAL NEM F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santa Rita Arriba the free kick. The supporters of Santa Rita Arriba booed when REAL NEM F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Casta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rigoberto Morales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Jorge Zambrano made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, David Garrido managed to get in a good position for a shot. REAL NEM F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but David Garrido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Zambrano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. REAL NEM F.C's Gustavo Ulloa got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jorge Zambrano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Jurdan went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Alberto Jurdan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Garrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Jurdan made a kick off. Ramón Torrijos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Ivan Garcia De Paredes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alberto Jurdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jorge Zambrano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Morales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Zambrano having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Alberto Jurdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ivan Garcia De Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Urane, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If David Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Garrido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Zambrano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Garrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santa Rita Arriba's Jorge Zambrano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Jurdan in the 83rd minute of play. REAL NEM F.C's David Garrido got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustavo Ulloa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Rita Arriba's zone, David Garrido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Zambrano came out of the goal and David Garrido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd match minute, Santa Rita Arriba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolás Nuñez to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Jurdan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Zambrano. Santa Rita Arriba's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. REAL NEM F.C had played much better football throughout.
