Gilberto De Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Amaya having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Gilberto De Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gualaca's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto De Paredes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Amaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Emanuel Henriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gualaca's Gilberto De Paredes in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Evolution F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 13th match minute, Gualaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Peren to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Gualaca booed when Evolution F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Carrillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Evolution F.C. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Cesar Carrillo hit a great ball. Enrique Amaya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raul Morris's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Emanuel Herbruger kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Gualaca's Raul Morris in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gualaca reached it. Alex Moscoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute Gilberto De Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Amaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes Evolution F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cesar Peren who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Gualaca's Cesar Peren to fire away a dangerous shot which Enrique Amaya despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 46 played minutes, Gualaca's José Ramírez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enrique Amaya came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gualaca reached it. Enrique Amaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto De Paredes in the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Morris stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Alex Moscoso came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Evolution F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Moscoso couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Evolution F.C.'s zone, Gilberto De Paredes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Amaya came out of the goal and Gilberto De Paredes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Navarro hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto De Paredes got free with Enrique Amaya in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raul Morris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Amaya made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Gilberto De Paredes sent off a good shot on target. Gilberto De Paredess short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Enrique Amaya to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Evolution F.C.'s zone, Raul Morris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Amaya came out of the goal and Raul Morris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Palma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Moscoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Alex Moscoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Moscoso in the 86th minute of play forced Gualaca's goalkeeper Elias Palma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Amaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Morris in the 88th minute. Elias Palma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Carrillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gualaca walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
