Raul Amaya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arraiján's Cheito Rios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Brumaru in the 7th minute of play. Dan Brumaru took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cheito Rios. Cheito Rios dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18th minute, Guillermo Pinilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Dan Brumaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vega F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Brumaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee showed Ergin Okergun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vega F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
