Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgardo Bultrón took the kick off in the first half of the match. Luis Osorio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgardo Bultrón's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Bultrón in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Osorio saved Mañanitas from getting behind. Edgardo Bultrón took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luis Osorio. Luis Osorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jorge Aizprua scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Osorio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martín Gomez's late challenge caught a Mañanitas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martín Gomez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, Martín Gomez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Bultrón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Aizprua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Osorio having to interfere. Luis Osorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Bultrón in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to Dark knights getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Alberto Lao hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Dark knights's Alberto Lao got a free kick in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dark knights's zone, Lorenzo Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramón Henriguez came out of the goal and Lorenzo Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Jorge Aizprua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dark knights's Edgardo Bultrón got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Dark knights were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Bultrón got free with Luis Osorio in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Edgardo Bultrón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dark knights's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Bultrón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Osorio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the game, Edgardo Bultrón lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Luis Osorio. Jorge Aizprua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Osorio having to interfere. Edgardo Bultrón had several of the Mañanitas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Luis Osorio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Edgardo Bultrón might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Osorio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Bultrón ran back to his position shaking his head. Jorge Aizprua scored 0-5 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Osorio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 69 played minutes Dark knights got a freekick which was hit by Victor Murillo. Luis Osorio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgardo Bultrón in the 74th minute. Ramón Henriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heraclides Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Osorio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgardo Bultrón showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 90 minute of play. Dark knights's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
