Fernando Briceño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monchi Garcia in the 3rd minute of play. Felipe Espino struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Julio Agurto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cirilo Guainora. Felipe Espino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Agurto having to interfere. Llano Largo's Monchi Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Cirilo Guainora booed when Llano Largo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Monchi Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Llano Largo's Monchi Garcia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Briceño was left in no man's land by his defense there! Llano Largo's Cheito Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Felipe Espino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Agurto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Espino, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Rafael Centella kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Eloy Amaya hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Llano Largo's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Espino came free, but Julio Agurto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Reinaldo Ortiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Llano Largo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cirilo Guainora the free kick. After a rather tough play, Llano Largo's Reinaldo Ortiz got a free kick in the 67th minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Hermes Centella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llano Largo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermes Centella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Llano Largo's goalkeeper Julio Agurto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Llano Largo's Julio Agurto got control of the ball when Romel Orozco tried to sneak it across the goal line.
