Spectators: 7525 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Radul Kushlev took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Río Rita's Giancarlo Escobar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emiliano De Paredes. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. With a little luck, Isla Iguana's Emiliano De Paredes got control of the ball when Radul Kushlev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emiliano De Paredes stood somewhat misplaced when Radul Kushlev came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Emiliano De Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giancarlo Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Calito Arauz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano De Paredes having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Isla Iguana's goalkeeper Emiliano De Paredes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radul Kushlev. 34 minutes into the match, Isla Iguana's goal looked a bit too open when Calito Arauz came free, but Emiliano De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano De Paredes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radul Kushlev in the 36th minute. Emiliano De Paredes was a little too slow when Giancarlo Escobar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 4-0. A collision led to Isla Iguana getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Giancarlo Villalobos hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Radul Kushlev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giancarlo Perez to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Elias Ortega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Radul Kushlev notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Isla Iguana's Emiliano De Paredes. Emiliano De Paredes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Giancarlo Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62ndth minute of the game Radul Kushlev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Isla Iguana's Emiliano De Paredes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isla Iguana's Emiliano De Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giancarlo Escobar in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Isla Iguana's Elias Ortega got a free kick in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Isla Iguana's zone, Radul Kushlev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano De Paredes came out of the goal and Radul Kushlev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giancarlo Escobar in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano De Paredes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Río Rita's Radul Kushlev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emiliano De Paredes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With 77 minutes on the clock, Martín Peren commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Heraclides Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho Camargo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Calito Arauz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano De Paredes was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute, Elias Ortega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute Radul Kushlev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano De Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Río Rita fully deserved thier win.
