Rigoberto Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano De Paredes having to interfere. Emiliano De Paredes stood somewhat misplaced when Rigoberto Murillo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 14 minute. Rigoberto Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano De Paredes having to make a save. After 22 played minutes Isla Iguana got a freekick which was hit by Jose Brandao. Totín Bultrón blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano De Paredes having to make a save. Heraclides Nuñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rigoberto Ramírez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Isla Iguana! Rigoberto Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano De Paredes having to make a save. Calito Gutierrez kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Heraclides Nuñez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victor Carranza hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. If Rigoberto Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Totín Bultrón to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Totín Bultrón made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Isla Iguana's Emiliano De Paredes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Emiliano De Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Totín Bultrón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Isla Iguana's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Murillo came free, but Emiliano De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Isla Iguana getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Victor Carranza hit a great ball. Heraclides Nuñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isla Iguana's Emiliano De Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Totín Bultrón in the 80th minute of play. Pedro Pinilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano De Paredes having to interfere. Emiliano De Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Totín Bultrón, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Emiliano De Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Totín Bultrón in the 92nd minute of the match. If Rigoberto Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Pinilla in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emiliano De Paredes saved Isla Iguana from getting behind. Galaxy Eleven FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
