Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Radul Kushlev made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Giancarlo Escobar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Riders on the Storm's Alex Chavez. Alex Chavez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the match, Riders on the Storm's goal looked a bit too open when Calito Arauz came free, but Alex Chavez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Radul Kushlev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Chavez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Riders on the Storm defense, Felipe Posam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Chavez. The Riders on the Storm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Chavez should have stopped the shot. Max Bermudez charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Max Bermudez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Max Bermudez hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Riders on the Storm's zone, Giancarlo Escobar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Chavez came out of the goal and Giancarlo Escobar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Riders on the Storm's Calito Peralta got a free kick in the 36th minute. 44 minutes into the match, Radul Kushlev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Chavez. Riders on the Storm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radul Kushlev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Calito Arauz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Calito Peralta made a kick off. Radul Kushlev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Chavez having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Calito Peralta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riders on the Storm and the Río Rita players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Riders on the Storm's Calito Peralta got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Radul Kushlev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Río Rita getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Fabio De Gracia hit a great ball. Radul Kushlev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radul Kushlevs short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Alex Chavez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Radul Kushlev succeeded in the game's 72nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. The supporters of Riders on the Storm booed when Río Rita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio De Gracia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Agurto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho Camargo having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Calito Arauz took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Alex Chavez to make any attempt to save it. Alex Chavez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giancarlo Escobar's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. A hard shot 87 in the game by Radul Kushlev from a close distance when the talented Alex Chavez managed to make a qualified save. Riders on the Storm's players were relieved. A collision led to Riders on the Storm getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. José Ulloa hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes, Río Rita's Felipe Posam shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alex Chavez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Río Rita reached it. Alex Chavez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giancarlo Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Río Rita's Radul Kushlev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alex Chavez. That made the score 0-8 after 92 minutes of play. Calito Arauz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Chavez having to interfere. Radul Kushlev in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alex Chavez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 97th minute José Ulloa suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Río Rita's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
