Spectators: 6863 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1863, VIP seats: 0) JoJaEn's Cheito Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reggie De Paredes in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, JoJaEn's goal looked a bit too open when Hermes Ulloa came free, but Cheito Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th match minute, JoJaEn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé Zensen to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Guillermo Barrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Henriguez. La Espigadilla F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillermo Barrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Barrera during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guillermo Barrera hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 29 minutes of play, JoJaEn's Lucho Trejos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Henriguez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Henriguez came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by JoJaEn's Lucho Trejos. But to his dismay, Lucho Trejos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 38th minute, Lucho Trejos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Guillermo Barrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. JoJaEn's Lucho Trejos got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Dé Zensen made the kick off in the second half. Christian Henriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Barrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucho Trejos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Henriguez having to interfere. David Cedeño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Christian Henriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, JoJaEn's Christian Henriguez threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guillermo Barrera, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Totin Carranza kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, La Espigadilla F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reggie De Paredes to maneuver through the defense. Max Herrera charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Max Herrera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christian Henriguez came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by JoJaEn's Lucho Trejos. But to his dismay, Lucho Trejos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Guillermo Barrera managed to get in a good position for a shot. JoJaEn's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Barrera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Henriguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 played minutes La Espigadilla F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hermes Ulloa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dé Zensen got free with Christian Henriguez in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Dely's late challenge caught a JoJaEn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Dely helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, La Espigadilla F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Dely to maneuver through the defense. After 95 minutes of play La Espigadilla F.C.'s Gabriel Dely was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 95th match minute, La Espigadilla F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Dely to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over JoJaEn could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Espigadilla F.C. throughout the match.
