Sebastián Herbruger scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Gil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luis Gil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastián Herbruger in the 20th minute of the match. Luis Paredes kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. David FC's Pablo Quintero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save David FC from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, Boquerón's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Ramirez came free, but Luis Gil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Boquerón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés Ríos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Ramirez in the 30th minute of play forced Boquerón's goalkeeper Luis Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucho Peralta to make the kick off. Heraclides Tijero kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Jose Herbruger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wiliam Herbruger's late challenge caught a Boquerón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wiliam Herbruger helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, David FC's Wiliam Herbruger got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Moisés Ríos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Quintero skillfully saved the ball. Jorge Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Quintero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Pablo Quintero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucho Peralta's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. When Sebastián Herbruger was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, David FC's Sebastián Herbruger got a free kick in the 81st minute. When Boquerón's Jose Herbruger in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye David FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the David FC defense, Lucho Peralta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Quintero. The David FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Quintero should have stopped the shot. David FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Boquerón had won, even though David FC had held more of the ball.
