Spectators: 6960 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1960, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Unión Chocó F.C.'s Humberto Jaen got a free kick in the 4th minute. Juan Gutierrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Ríos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Mora in the 9th minute of play forced Unión Chocó F.C.'s goalkeeper Juan Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Ivan Torrijos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caribe F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unión Chocó F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Caribe F. C. getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ivan Torrijos hit a great ball. Juan Gutierrez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto Mora's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. When Caribe F. C.'s Lorenzo Ríos in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unión Chocó F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After 18 minutes, Lorenzo Ríos made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Unión Chocó F.C.'s Juan Gutierrez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eloy Posam struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Juan Gutierrez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caribe F. C.. Lorenzo Ríos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Gutierrez having to make a save. After 30 minutes of play, Caribe F. C.'s Lorenzo Ríos made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Gutierrez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Ríos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Gutierrez. Unión Chocó F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenzo Ríos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Eloy Posam might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Gutierrez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eloy Posam ran back to his position shaking his head. The Caribe F. C. fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Caribe F. C.'s Lorenzo Ríos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45th match minute, Unión Chocó F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Arias to maneuver through the defense. Juan Gutierrez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Ríos, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Unión Chocó F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caribe F. C. were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Totin De Gracia to strike the kick off in the second half. If Lorenzo Ríos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unión Chocó F.C.'s Juan Gutierrez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Unión Chocó F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute, Eloy Posam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Eloy Posam notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Unión Chocó F.C.'s Juan Gutierrez. Juan Gutierrez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lorenzo Ríoss short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Juan Gutierrez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Juan Gutierrez was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Totin Agurto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Totin Agurto really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Eloy Posam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lorenzo Ríos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Eloy Posam dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juan Gutierrez, 0-8. Lorenzo Ríos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Juan Gutierrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Unión Chocó F.C. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. José Tello hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Unión Chocó F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Mario Arias. Juan Gutierrez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Mora in the 80th minute. With a little luck, Unión Chocó F.C.'s Juan Gutierrez got control of the ball when Totin Agurto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilfredo Quintero's late challenge caught a Caribe F. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Quintero helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Unión Chocó F.C.'s Wilfredo Quintero got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute of the match Caribe F. C. got a corner. Unión Chocó F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Totin Agurto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Totin Agurto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Unión Chocó F.C.'s Juan Gutierrez did a great save. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Azael Gomez sped through Unión Chocó F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Gutierrez. The supporters of Caribe F. C. booed when Unión Chocó F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Tello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Totin Agurto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juan Gutierrez came out and tried to block the shot, but Totin Agurto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 93rd minute. Caribe F. C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
