Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Heraclides Gomez made the kick off which started today's match. Heraclides Gomez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Heraclides Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexis Posam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Juan Gutierrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexis Posam who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Juan Gutierrez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Wilfredo Quintero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, CABLE ONDA SC's Sebastián Carranza got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute Totin De Gracia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Chavez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Unión Chocó F.C.'s Mario Arias got a free kick in the 25th minute. Romel Treviño kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After some careless play in the CABLE ONDA SC defense, Totin De Gracia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Chavez. The CABLE ONDA SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Chavez should have stopped the shot. 34 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Quintero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Chavez. CABLE ONDA SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Quintero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 37 minutes into the match, CABLE ONDA SC's goal looked a bit too open when Totin De Gracia came free, but Julio Chavez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastián Carranza hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in CABLE ONDA SC's zone, Totin De Gracia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Chavez came out of the goal and Totin De Gracia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Totin De Gracia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Unión Chocó F.C. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Totin De Gracia made the kick off in the second half. Juan Gutierrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexis Posam in the 52nd minute of the match. If Alexis Posam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexis Posam in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Gutierrez saved Unión Chocó F.C. from getting behind. José Tello kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 61 minutes of play, CABLE ONDA SC's Alexis Posam made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Gutierrez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th match minute, Unión Chocó F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Arias to maneuver through the defense. Julio Chavez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Totin De Gracia in the 72nd minute of play. Agustin Escobar hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Unión Chocó F.C.'s Totin De Gracia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Chavez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wilfredo Quintero struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Julio Chavez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unión Chocó F.C.. In the 79th minute, Heraclides Gomez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Alexis Posam came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the CABLE ONDA SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexis Posam couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute of the match Rigoberto Tello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Gutierrez skillfully saved the ball. CABLE ONDA SC's Heraclides Gomez got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Gutierrez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heraclides Gomez's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
