Felix Barrera hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Los Algarrobos's José Peren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Aizprua in the 23rd minute of play. Felix Barrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beto De Paredes having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Río Sereno F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luchito Calderón. Carlos Moscoso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Beto De Paredes. Río Sereno F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edgardo Morris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Raul Morris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
