When Victor De Paredes came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the El Cristo SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor De Paredes couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Victor De Paredes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gustavo Aizprua, 2-0. With a little luck, Vista Alegre's Gustavo Aizprua got control of the ball when Alex Gutierrez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute, Alex Gutierrez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustavo Aizprua. The goal made the score 3-0. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Gustavo Aizprua successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gustavo Aizprua was a little too slow when Humberto Navarro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 37th minute, Fernando Arauz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gustavo Aizprua, passed just outside the right post. In the 38th match minute, El Cristo SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Arauz to maneuver through the defense. Humberto Navarro hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes El Cristo SS got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Arauz. After a rather tough play, El Cristo SS's Dagoberto Laguna got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Arauz to make the kick off. Victor De Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st match minute, Vista Alegre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Ramírez to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Aizprua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Arauz in the 82nd minute of the match. Agustin Calderón kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes El Cristo SS got a freekick which was hit by Alex Gutierrez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor De Paredes in the 92nd minute of play forced Vista Alegre's goalkeeper Gustavo Aizprua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Leonidas Arauz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Traian Cârnu. Leonidas Arauz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1. El Cristo SS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vista Alegre for a fine match.
