Pablo Centella kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Pablo Centella charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pablo Centella the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Caimitillo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Centella to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Caimitillo F.C.'s Pablo Centella got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrique Spadafora in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Corral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 40 minutes, Pedro Carranza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Panamá FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Carranza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enrique Spadafora took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Corral. Gilberto Corral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

51 minutes into the match, Caimitillo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Bultrón came free, but Gilberto Corral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caimitillo F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Miguel Alfaro 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Caimitillo F.C.'s Jorge Mora got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Caimitillo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Alfaro came free, but Gilberto Corral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Caimitillo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Mora to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Enrique Spadafora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Caimitillo F.C.'s goalkeeper Gilberto Corral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Spadafora. After 96 played minutes Caimitillo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Mora. When the final whistle sounded Sporting Panamá FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Caimitillo F.C..
