The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zhuang Zhen to strike the kick off in the second half. Vanguardia FC's Humberto Vergara was substituted for Fernando Urane. Wilfredo Henríguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Jurăscu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
