Spectators: 9183 (Terracing: 6889, Seating: 2112, VIP seats: 182) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hector Peren took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes of play, Delso´s Team's Ramiro Tercero made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Jurăscu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 5 played minutes Vanguardia FC got a freekick which was hit by Totin Mendieta. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Aya Randa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delso´s Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Aya Randa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Jurăscu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hector Peren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Robert Jurăscu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vanguardia FC's Franklin Briceño got a free kick in the 14th minute. Rolando Aizprua kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Vanguardia FC were awarded a corner. Andres Muñoz went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 20th minute, one of Delso´s Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Delso´s Team. The referee gave Vanguardia FC a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Andres Muñoz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Delso´s Team's Alex Petersson. 1-1. Alex Petersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro De Leon, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Alex Petersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro De Leon in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Vanguardia FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aya Randa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Vanguardia FC's Beto Calderón got a free kick in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

A collision led to Delso´s Team getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Lorenzo Caballero hit a great ball. Delso´s Team's Alex Petersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Delso´s Team from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Totin Mendieta got free with Alex Petersson in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, Delso´s Team's goal looked a bit too open when Totin Mendieta came free, but Alex Petersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Delso´s Team's Alex Petersson got control of the ball when Alberto Cedeño tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beto Calderón made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Totin Perez however managed to control. 74 minutes into the match, Delso´s Team's goal looked a bit too open when Totin Mendieta came free, but Alex Petersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Totin Mendieta in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Petersson saved Delso´s Team from getting behind. Aya Randa hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Delso´s Team's Sebastián Castro was substituted for Ramón Quirós. In the 83rd match minute, Delso´s Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aya Randa to maneuver through the defense. Hector Peren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robert Jurăscu having to make a save. Hector Peren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robert Jurăscu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Alex Petersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Totin Mendieta in the 89th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vanguardia FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
