Independiente booed when Atalaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tanek Kolbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zula Czech fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Martini having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Jaime Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Zula Czech managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Zula Czech was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Martini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Atalaya's Franklin Fernández got a free kick in the 10th minute. Eduardo Martini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 尹枫誉's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Zula Czech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 15th minute, Jairo Soeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the game, C.A. Independiente's 尹枫誉 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduardo Martini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Pedro Morales's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eduardo Martini firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 25 minutes Atalaya's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Escalona who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on C.A. Independiente's corner Carlos Escalona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eduardo Martini quite easily take care of the ball. In the 29th minute of the match, 尹枫誉 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eduardo Martini saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Zula Czech recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as 尹枫誉 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eduardo Martini. That made the score 2-0 in the 47 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pablo Paredes to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, 尹枫誉 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Eduardo Martini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 58 played minutes Atalaya got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Paredes. Pablo Paredess short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Lorenzo De Paredes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. C.A. Independiente's Emiliano Lao was substituted for Rolando Perez. C.A. Independiente's Wiliam Carrillo was substituted for Luchito Gómez. 70 minutes into the game, Jairo Soeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Eduardo Martini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 74th minute, 尹枫誉 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, C.A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Fernández came free, but Lorenzo De Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franklin Fernández struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Lorenzo De Paredes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atalaya. Zula Czech kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 85 played minutes C.A. Independiente got a freekick which was hit by 尹枫誉. In the 89th minute Franklin Fernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo De Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zula Czech kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Soeiro in the 97th minute of play forced Atalaya's goalkeeper Eduardo Martini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that C.A. Independiente were the better team. C.A. Independiente's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
