With 29 minutes on the clock, Rolando Toledano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of EL TIKO 1986:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vego F.C.:s goal. The referee gave Vego F.C. a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. Alex Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Felipe Gomez made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, EL TIKO 1986's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Garcia came free, but Felipe Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
