In the 15th minute, Israel Acosta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivaldo das Neves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Vivaldo das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Acosta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes Baby Barza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stein Van Eyke who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Frente Revolucionario F.C's Stein Van Eyke to fire away a dangerous shot which Vivaldo das Neves despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 31st match minute, Baby Barza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio García to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Israel Acosta in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vivaldo das Neves saved Baby Barza from getting behind. Vivaldo das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stein Van Eyke in the 33rd minute of play. Vivaldo das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stein Van Eyke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vivaldo das Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stein Van Eyke went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Lorenzo Corral hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Frente Revolucionario F.C's zone, Gustavo Pinilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingolf Ortmark came out of the goal and Gustavo Pinilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vivaldo das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stein Van Eyke in the 44th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Zapata was the one to do the kick off. Juan Zapata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingolf Ortmark having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Baby Barza's Andrzej Wnukowski got a free kick in the 57th minute. Frente Revolucionario F.C's Stein Van Eyke shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vivaldo das Neves but with some difficulty. In the 59th minute, Lorenzo Villalobos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Baby Barza's Andrzej Wnukowski got a free kick in the 61st minute. Vivaldo das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The corner ended in Stein Van Eyke almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Baby Barza's Vivaldo das Neves did a great save. Frente Revolucionario F.C's Monchi Toledano was substituted for Lorenzo Corral. The supporters of Frente Revolucionario F.C booed when Baby Barza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frente Revolucionario F.C's Stein Van Eyke got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frente Revolucionario F.C made a substitution. Jaime Pérez replaced Lorenzo Villalobos. Luchito Centella's late challenge caught a Frente Revolucionario F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luchito Centella helped the player get up and apologised. 73 minutes into the match, Baby Barza's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Acosta came free, but Vivaldo das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match, Israel Acosta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vivaldo das Neves saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vivaldo das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stein Van Eyke in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the Baby Barza defense, Stein Van Eyke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vivaldo das Neves. The Baby Barza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vivaldo das Neves should have stopped the shot. Ingolf Ortmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 87 minutes, Armandinho Valadares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baby Barza and the Frente Revolucionario F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Baby Barza getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Armandinho Valadares hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Stein Van Eyke reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vivaldo das Neves. The goal made the score 1-4. The supporters of Baby Barza booed when Frente Revolucionario F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikhail Nelepin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 played minutes Baby Barza got a freekick which was hit by Juan Zapata. Vivaldo das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stein Van Eyke in the 94th minute. Mikhail Nelepin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Vivaldo das Neves made a huge save. The Baby Barza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Frente Revolucionario F.C's performance. The match ended with a win for Frente Revolucionario F.C.
