Garachiné's supporters rose to their feet, but Azael Oberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Dely breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Dely made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Azael Oberto sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Oregano F.C. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Azael González recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Ponciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Aizprua having to interfere. Toto Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Dely having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Oregano F.C.'s zone, Azael Oberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Dely came out of the goal and Azael Oberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Oregano F.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Cesar Gómez hit a great ball. Cesar Gómez hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Beto Caballero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garachiné's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Caballero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Garachiné's Pedro Aizprua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Wiatrak in the 78th minute of play. Radowit Wiatrak hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Garachiné's Azael Oberto got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Jose Ponciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azael Oberto got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 89 played minutes Garachiné got a freekick which was hit by Azael Oberto. 91 minutes into the match, Garachiné's Azael González sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andres Dely narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andres Dely made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toto Garcia in the 95th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Raul Zapata took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Pedro Aizprua to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Oregano F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
